How to Join a Workspace

 

To join a workspace, you must be invited via email by the team administrator. If you have received an email invite to join, click on the "Join the team" button.

 

If you already have an account, skip this step and begin at Step 2: Log in and Accept the Invite. If you do not have an account, when you click the join team button you will be asked to create one.

 

Step 1: Create an account

To complete your account, enter your name, password, and accept the terms and privacy policy. Then click the "Complete Account" button.

 

You will then be asked to return to the log in page to sign in.

 

 

Step 2: Log in and Accept the Invite

Enter your login credentials on the Log In page. If you have just created your account and are having trouble logging in, try force refreshing the browser (Hold SHIFT as you click the reload button) and enter your credentials once again.

 

Once you are logged in, you may see a temporary beta screen. Navigate to your profile settings by clicking on the gear icon in the toolbar.

 

Choose "Invitations" from the left side navigation and Accept/Decline any pending invites. If you accept an invite, you will be added to the team. If you decline an invite, you will need to be re-invited if you want to join that team in the future.

 

Once you click accept, you will see a message that you responded to the invite. Congratulations, you're now part of the workspace!

 

Step 3: View the Workspace Dashboard

Once you're part of the workspace, you will be able to access the dashboard by clicking on the account menu in the upper left.

 

You will now be able to access all Vurveys created for this team and their results. You can also create your own Vurveys.
