Creating a Campaign Starts Here!
Creating a Campaign is extremely simple! You can follow the guide shown here, or you can watch a live walkthrough on YouTube HERE.
In order to create a Campaign, the first thing you’ll want to do is click on your Campaigns Dashboard.
Once you’re in your Campaign Dashboard, click on New Campaign.
Once there, click on "Create Introduction".
This is the Campaign Introduction Screen. Everything on this screen is customizable. You can upload your logo, a .gif, or even a video for your title screen. We suggest filling out this information as it helps provide the necessary information needed to the audience responding to your survey.
Once you are happy with your introduction screen, click on “Add Question”. You will then see a drop-down box letting you select what type of question you would like to add.
By clicking the 3 dots on the right side of your question you can delete, copy, change question type, and rearrange your questions.
Everything in your Campaign is customizable. In this example, we are using a Multiple Choice + Video type question.
By clicking on any of the fields shown below, you can customize the question you are asking, as well as what the Multiple Choice response options are.
You can always preview your Campaign prior to releasing it into the world for all to see. To do this, click on the “Preview” button.
Once you have edited your questions, and are satisfied with the Campaign you’ve created, click on the "Share” button.
In this step you will select your Audience. Vurvey has two options for you to customize how your Campaign is sent to your audience. NOTE: This option cannot be undone once "Publish" is clicked.
If you select “Public/Anyone with secure link”, this will allow you to use the pre-generated link shown below, as well as send to any of the email addresses you’ve added to your recipient list.
If you select “Only those who are invited”, this will only send to recipients who’s email addresses you have added.
The final step is to click on “Publish”!
