How to use Vurvey for 360 Customer Feedback and QR Codes

Learn to get feedback at every point in your customer lifecycle and utilize the power of QR codes

Feedback from your customers after using your product or service is extremely valuable. Not only does that feedback help your internal teams, but it can also be used as ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ online reviews to drive new purchases. Today, most brands try to collect this feedback by using the infamous post-purchase email. If you want to see an example of one of these, just check your inbox. In addition to mass emailing surveys to customers, some products include 1-800 numbers or website URLs on their packaging to solicit feedback. These aren’t exactly the most exciting ways to engage customers let alone collect valuable feedback and reviews.

The Solution

Vurvey 🎉 makes it easy to collect 360º feedback from customers by using QR codes. QR codes can be printed right on products (see below), signage, in-store, and other environments where your products or services exist.

If you’re not familiar with QR codes, these unique visual badges have gained momentum over the past few years to help connect digital content to physical experiences. With no apps to download, QR codes can be used to trigger your vurvey feedback experience. Consumers can then use their phones to respond with video while interacting with your product and sharing feedback in real-time. Let’s walk through how you can start using Vurvey + QR codes.

Creating a QR code is easy! Just follow these steps:

On a your Google Chrome web browser go to your publish Vurvey Screen and copy your secure link

In a new tab, enter the secure link in the search bar and press enter.

Once you have done that you should see the screen below.

Now if you click on the address bar once again, you will see a QR Code option on the far right of the search bar.

After clicking on this icon, you will be able to download the QR code and use it on any of your products and projects!

Every product is an invitation for feedback

Depending on your use case, you can create a separate Vurvey for each of your products. Using the drag-and-drop builder, questions can be sequenced to include 5-star ratings, video reviews, and even consent so that the content collected can also be used for marketing purposes.

The below example took 2min. to set up. After a quick intro, users can provide a star rating and then respond with a video review to share more details about their entire experience.

As you look at the products, services, and experiences that your customers use, consider Vurvey + QR codes to help collect amazing 360º CX feedback and reviews.
