New Improvements to Increase Video Responses

Learn about changes to respondent sign-in flow

Recently at Vurvey we have been putting a lot of effort into making sure that our clients, and Vurvey respondents have the best possible experience using the platform.

Because of this, we have made a change to improve the capturing of video responses. Previously, respondents were asked to verify their identity (via sign-in or account creation) after they had responded to all survey questions.

The sign-in has now been moved to the beginning of the survey to increase video responses and deliver more insights with each and every Vurvey you send out.

 

Our goal is to continue to make it easier to create and send Vurveys out to your audience. With this change, we hope that it gets even easier for your audience to response from any device, anywhere in the world.
